Fitness is a estate of health and well being and more specifically The ability to perform daily routine without getting tired. Through strand 2 we are working towards sustainable development goal -3 ’‘Ensure healthy lives and promote well being for all at all ages’’ Every day in the morning from 7:15 AM to 7:35 AM free hand exercises and exercises with own body weight are performed. 20 minutes every day fitness program is other than regular physical education periods.
